This October, Stamford Plaza Adelaide is throwing an unforgettable Diwali Celebration like no other! Expect bold flavours, welcome drink on arrival, loud laughs and non-stop desi beats as we transform our Boulevard Room into a colourful Festival of Lights.

Kick off your evening with a lavish Indian buffet bursting with aromatic curries and crowd favourites, from Methi Malai Chicken, Makhani dhal, Malai Kofta, fresh garlic naan, tandoori skewers, and classic sweets such as gulab jamun and jalebi. With plenty of vegetarian options, there’s a dish for every guest, from heat seekers to mild flavour lovers.

When the feast is done, the real party begins. Your host for the night, Jasmehar Bawa, will bring infectious energy and rhythm with his live dhol, keeping spirits high and the atmosphere buzzing.
