Divya Kala Mela is a unique national event organized by the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DEPwD), Government of India, to showcase the talent and entrepreneurial skills of Divyang (Persons with Disabilities) from across the country. The mela features a diverse range of products including handicrafts, handlooms, fashion, home décor, packaged foods, and more, along with vibrant cultural performances. It aims to provide economic opportunities, promote inclusion, and celebrate creativity, skill, and self-reliance among Divyang artisans and entrepreneurs.
