Six-week virtual series meets APRIL 23, 30; MAY 7, 14, 21, 28This group is for those who have been through divorce, separation or the end of a long-term romantic relationship within the past three years. The negative emotions that accompany divorce and separation can be overwhelming. This group offers a safe place to share your experiences, receive support from others and explore a path for healing. We will learn practices based in self-compassion to help you rebuild your life and form new loving relationships.
