Are you pregnant? Are you going back to work after delivery? Are you an employer or in a Leadership position? This Lunch & Learn is for you. Divine Transitions Full Spectrum Doula Care Services will be hosting a Lunch & Learn Community Conversation on the Pregnant Worker Fairness Act (PWFA) at CAFE on the Far Eastside on Monday, December 2, 2025 from 11:30a-1:30p. **Lunch will be provided**

Come join the conversation and learn about your rights, ask questions, get an understanding of both sides (as the pregnant worker & the employer) and what is expected. As a pregnant worker you are entitled to reasonable accomodations in the workplace. PWFA protects ALL, regardless of immigration status.

PWFA passed as part of Omnibus Funding Bill in December 2022; became effective June 27,2023; (codified at 42 USC 2000gg et seq.) Regulations went into effect June 18, 2024. (codified at 29 CFR 1636).
