She has spent years with chronic illness CFS/ME, and after a long journey with several transformations and discoveries, she found purpose with Qigong, Pranayama, Somatic healing, Sound/Vibration and Kundalini body work.
Sheโs a certified Kundalini activation facilitator through Temple of KA (by Iva Kelsey), and been working with Prana Shakti the last 2 years.
With this in backhand, she wants to challenge-and inspire people, to embody their story & authentic expression, and to build community & co-creations for self development, empowerment, spiritual growth -and self discovery.
