Join us for the Divine Light Breathwork & Sound Bath Journey, a sacred experience designed to help you tap into your inner light and reconnect with your essence. This journey pairs guided breathwork and a deeply immersive sound bath to release blockages, promote healing, and awaken clarity within.
Through guided breathwork, accompanied by an intentionally crafted playlist and intuitive energy healing, you’ll be invited to let go of what no longer serves you, align with your heart, and feel a deep sense of peace. Breathwork offers a portal to an altered state of consciousness that can deepen spiritual connection and lead to powerful breakthroughs. You will have to option for hands-on intuitive energy healing, or you may opt-out.
Following the breathwork journey, the sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, gong, ocean drum, and rain stick will harmonize with your energy, creating a frequency that opens the channels of intuition and connects you to the light within.
This combination of breath and sound creates a potent alchemy, enabling you to tap into your inner wisdom, release limiting patterns, and experience profound shifts in perception. Whether you’re looking for emotional release, relaxation, or spiritual insight, this experience offers a unique opportunity to connect with your inner self on a deeper level.
This journey will be guided by Tiffany Jade at the Blue Lotus Temple (a private residence in Rincon Valley, Santa Rosa). The address will be provided at the bottom of the confirmation email (please scroll all the way to the bottom of the email to the Custom Notes section).

You will be lying down during this journey. Please bring a yoga mat, sleeping bag, or blanket, and any layers to stay comfortable. You may also wish to bring an eye mask, a journal, and some water.
