Time to relax and connect to the Divine Healing Light that lives with in you.Allow the stress and anxiety to float away, as I gently guide you on a peaceful meditation to soothe your beautiful soul with the support of the medicine drum and crystal singing bowls.
We will complete each meditation with a divinely created herbal tea to ground you and gently bring you back into the present moment.
When: Weekly on Fridays at 10am or Tuesdays at 6pm
Where: 10 Banya St, Bongaree at St Peters in the Cooinda Hall.
*Enter via church parking lot
Parking: Limited spaces in Church parking lot and street parking.
Cost: $15 per class.
Payment Options: Cash on day or pay via card via my website in advance ($1.50 fee applies).
*Limited space- approx 15 attendees - if full please message me to be put on a cancellation list or RSVP for the following weeks Tuesday or Friday class.
What to Bring:
*Yoga Mat and/or pillow to lay or sit on. Chairs are also available in the hall if you prefer.
* Journal/notepad and pen.
Arrival Instructions:
On the day of class, I will be a busy little bee setting up as quickly as possible.
*Please wait outside until the doors open and I invite you into the space.
* Upon entering the hall, please sign in and make your payment at the sign in table.
*Find your space in the circle, set up your yoga mat or chair, turn your phone off and take a deep breath and relax, it's YOUR time now!
*Upon completion of our meditation, we will share a beautifully created herbal tea to ground you back into the present moment.
At this time you will have a moment to write any thoughts or messages into your personal journal. (optional)
**Please note that we will keep chatting/talking to a minimum within the space, prior to the meditation to create a peaceful environment for all**
