In this one and a half hour workshop, Merryn Welch will guide you through core movements drawn from Middle Eastern dance and show you how to connect to the divine feminine within, through this ancient dance form. Low impact, suitable for all body types, good for mind, body and spirit as well as a focus on body positivity. Wear comfortable clothes you can move and stretch in and socks or bare feet.
