Join us for a transformative workshop dedicated to exploring womb wisdom and releasing deep-seated shame. This sacred gathering is designed to help you reconnect with your inner strength, embrace your feminine power, and heal emotional wounds held in the womb space. We also have a special guest, Naomi Dillon, a local physical therapist who specializes in pelvic floor health! She will be talking about the importance of pelvic floor health and releasing trauma in this space. Through a combination of gentle yoga practices, dance, guided meditations, and healing discussions, we will create a safe and nurturing environment to explore and release the layers of shame that often inhibit our true selves. We will delve into ancient wisdom and modern techniques that support the reclamation of our sacred feminine energy. You will leave this workshop feeling more empowered through the emotional release of shame. Let go of old stories and come reclaim your feminine power through the form of community in a safe space.
