This 2.5-hour gathering is an open invitation to deepen your journey of self-love, inner peace, and intuitive awakening in a peaceful, retreat-like setting that supports meaningful connection with yourself and other women.
In this experience, you will be gently guided through meditation, breathwork, intuitive attunement, and healing movement to support a deeper return to yourself. Together, we explore self-love as an embodied practice, learning to notice when we drift from our inner truth and how to come back with compassion, presence, and trust. You’ll discover how awakening your intuition strengthens self-love, helping you discern what feels aligned, distinguish intuitive knowing from fear, and cultivate a sense of inner safety and peace that doesn’t rely on external circumstances.This circle is a sacred space to slow down, soften, receive, and reconnect with your feminine wisdom, allowing clarity and self-trust to arise naturally.Space is intentionally limited to preserve an intimate, supportive container.Wanda is a mindfulness and transformational coach, breathwork instructor, and Reiki practitioner who creates safe, heart-centered spaces for women to reconnect with themselves. She teaches women how to access and trust their intuition through presence, breath, and embodied practices that support deep self-connection, inner peace, and clarity. Her mission is to help women release unnecessary suffering by guiding them back to their own truth and inner power.
