Dr. Collins. Dr. Collins is a national and international award-winning professor, creative, researcher, and person of service with expertise in pedagogy of inclusion, leadership development and media. As a Diversity, Equity, Belonging and Inclusion with Power (DEBI-P) expert, she works with communities, organizations and educational systems to reach optimal performance and results that is human centered.

Her approach comes from 16 years of research and applied science that has resulted in the creation and development of a very, unique and effective praxis called Active Centralized Empowerment (A.C.E.). This award-winning and award-producing critical pedagogy reaches full inclusivity with respect to emotional wellbeing as well. For over a decade, she has presented workshops, presentations, and provided consultation for interested parties who want to bring out the best through best practices. A.C.E. also provides assessment and strategies for effective problem solving of challenges that hinder DEBI-P movement.

A.C.E. is an exciting solution, and one of the few methodologies that incorporates strategies for the classroom, organizational designs, even physical designs of learning spaces with respect to dynamics of power.
