About this Event

Hosted by the Capital Regional District (CRD) and City of Victoria, this half day workshop will provide you with an understanding of best practices in deconstruction and waste diversion from local experts, as well as local case studies presented by Christine Lintott Architects. Participants will learn about the City of Victoria’s Demolition Waste and Deconstruction Bylaw and CRD’s initiatives to reduce landfilled construction and demolition materials. The classroom portion will be followed by an optional catered lunch and tour of the Hartland Landfill (by bus).
