Diverse Evening Walk & Yoga Class - Portishead6.15pm - 8:30pm

A gentle evening walk, followed by a yoga class for neurodivergent adults.
The course will be led by Emily (qualified personal trainer with 200 hours yoga training & is a registered social worker) & will be assisted by Jo. @yogawithemilykate
The yoga class is suitable for all levels so no experience is needed. Expect a relaxed pace with supportive guidance & a chance to breathe deeply & mindfully.
A selection of teas will be available at the yoga venue after the walk. Please bring your own drink for the walk.
This event is free although must be booked in advance.

*If you have a yoga mat please could you bring it with you. We do have some, but they will be limited.*

Car: 35 minute drive from central Bristol, with free on-street parking nearby & outside the venue.
Bus: X4 Badgerline bus will take you a 4 minute walk from the venue, and runs from Bristol City Centre.
From Portishead town centre:
Car: 6 minute drive, with free on-street parking nearby & outside the venue.
Walking: 48 minutes
Bus: X4 Badgerline bus - 14 minutes
