Join us for a clean-up event like no other! We are excited to be teaming up with our colleagues from the Public Works department to put on DIVE TO REVIVE. This community litter and invasive removal project is focused on both the land AND sea at Lake Meridian Park.
City of Kent staff will be joined by certified scuba divers who will take to the water to clear any trash or debris. Plus, they'll be available to answer any of your questions!
Volunteers are needed to clean litter and remove invasive blackberries from the park and surrounding sidewalks. We are also looking for volunteers to help sort the trash collected by our divers into categories like cans, bottles, fishing gear, shoes, sunglasses, golf balls, plastics, etc.
Grocery Outlet will be onsite providing snacks, and we'll keep you fueled with coffee provided by Woods Coffee! Register as a volunteer and come help us keep Lake Meridian Park healthy, clean, and beautiful.
Event will take place rain or shine.
