Welcome to our SMM Dive Retreats!Maira & Shev created this project so we could offer Suba Diving certifications for beginners and advanced divers in a welcoming, safe, and most importantly - fun! environment. If you have never been Scuba Diving or if you want to keep advancing your dive skills, these classes are for you!
This Scuba Retreat offers a unique opportunity for women at any skill level to learn dive skills. It is a space to connect with like-minded individuals and learn valuable skills and knowledge in a supportive and empowering environment.
Through our Scuba Retreat, you will gain not only new water skills but also a different perspective on traveling and diving as a women through our immersive teaching style.
In addition to the dive courses, we will offer workshops we designed on
- on solo female travel
- gear maintenance
- self care & safety for women
- Fish ID
This retreat will give you the confidence and knowledge to
plan and execute any future dive adventures. You will learn how to navigate unfamiliar places, connect with local communities, and find reliable resources and support.
Basically, we want you to be confident and independent dive travelers!
We are partnering with PADI for the certifications but we are adding more value by teaching our own onsite workshops. None of this knowledge is covered by a regular course. We are pretty unique!!
The community's focus on safety, empowerment, and camaraderie creates a space where you will feel comfortable taking risks and pursuing your adventures as a solo traveler.
You will form long lasting friendships with women from diverse backgrounds
and ages, who share a great enthusiasm for the ocean and personal growth.
We encourage and support each other, creating a network of travel buddies and mentors that continues to inspire and motivate us throughout our scuba diving journey.
