Dive into Discovery: Hydraulics

Join us at the New Canal Lighthouse for our series of summer learning classes geared towards exploration and learning. Dive into the world of science, nature, and discovery with interactive, hands-on STEM activities suitable for grades 6-12.

Give our robots a hand! Join us for our robotics arm building class. This workshop covers the basics of hydraulics, guiding students through the design and assembly of telescoping and hydraulic arms. Participants will test their creations on underwater tasks while learning to drive ROVs. Students will leave with a better “grip” on becoming underwater explorers.
