Dive into a Healthier You! Free Yoga and Family Swim!

Are you ready to Dive into a Healthier You?!

Join the Goldfish Swim School Gilbert and Yoga Six teams for Parent and Me Yoga followed by a family swim on Saturday, February 1, 2:00 - 4:00pm! We will have 45 minutes of yoga from2:00 - 2:45pm and the indoor 90 degree pool will be ready for some splashing fun!

Please bring a yoga mat and towel and be ready to have a little relaxation and a little fun!

This is a family friendly yoga/swim event; all ages are welcome.

Note that little ones are required to wear a reusable swim diaper (available for purchase in our facility).
