Maybe you're already an Association Leader or Building Rep but not quite sure what to do? Building Reps are the foundation of an effective union and this training will provide the fundamental knowledge and leadership skills you need to support and represent your fellow members.
Join us for an in depth look at the roles and responsibilities of a Union Rep, the ABC's of advocacy, and a discussion about why building our membership matters and how to strengthen your Association through advocacy.
