Be sure to save the date for our upcoming Peacebuilding Conference, February 7, 2026.The theme for this year’s District 7610 peacebuilding conference is The Art of Peacebuilding. Can art act as an entry point into peacebuilding? The morning session of the conference will seek to answer that question by presenting examples of how art and artists have created movements which have led to positive change.
In addition, our keynote speaker—Rotary Peace Scholar Alexandra Rose—will challenge our preconceived view of conflict with her presentation, The Art of Conflict and aid us in understanding multiple entry points into peacebuilding.
The afternoon work session will focus on how we can use the tools of Positive Peace to elevate our Rotary service projects to the next level by embedding peacebuilding components within them.
