Join us for Distilled + Down Dogs, a special yoga pop-up event on Saturday, August 16, at 8:30 AM (1 Hour Flow).Led by the talented Tavi Wallace, this all-levels class is designed to both challenge and restore. We'll start with an invigorating vinyasa flow to build heat, strengthen, and loosen up. Then, we'll transition into the second half of the class with a calming restorative practice, focusing on deep stretching and recovery.
