Have you heard of our line of finished beer products from local breweries that we distilled and barrel aged?
Having connections with local breweries, and knowing that if a ferment gets infected or the beer doesn’t have the correct flavor profile for it’s style, it is usually dumped down the drain. Distillation cleans up the infection and the not-to-style flavor profiles. Some breweries just had too much beer and needed to open up space. Others were just interested in tasting their beer as a distilled product. Whatever the reason, we have many distilled beers ready.
The malt character comes through based on the type of malt used for a particular style of beer. The hops come through as the herbal essence of the hop variety used. Not the bitterness of either. The overall experience is whiskey upfront and beer on the finish. It is a mullet of the spirit world or a love child between a whiskey and a beer.
