Time for the fourth Monochrome Cup!Forget about all that crazy dual-ink madness, this competition is for one ink deck only!
The Monochrome format is played with only one ink type in your deck. All other standard constructed rules apply for making a 60-card minimum Lorcana deck.
Additional rules:
No dual ink card. They are considered multiple ink types and therefore would break the single ink deckbuilding rule.
Hiram Flaversham - Toymaker is now banned but Fortisphere is not.

Format: Swiss Rounds 'Best-of-3', followed by Top Cut.
The will be a break between the Swiss rounds and Top Cut.
