DISNEY KIDS YOGA !
Come in your favorite Disney gear & bring your favorite Disney friend !
SATURDAY , AUGUST 20TH
A Fun yoga themed class to help children with stretching and stay active in a healthy lifestyle. We will also incorporate breathing exercises to help with calming and awareness of body and emotions. Goodie bags will be given at the end of class.
Location: 3180 S. Durango Dr. Suite A-4
Time: AGE IS DIVIDED INTO GROUPS
2.5 YR OLD- PARENTS ENCOURAGED TO STAY
12:00 PM - 2.5-6 YR OLD (20 MINS )
12:30 PM- 7-14 YR OLD (30 MINS)
$10 entry fee
Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay accepted - payment must be sent tto reserve spot. If you are paying cash please pay at time of arrival.
