HOW THINGS WORK
Each event will begin with an Introduction to the D.E.E.P discussion and it will last (15 minutes). At this time the Host will read aloud the rules of the discussioin and the guidelines for creating your questions. Proper introductions will be done at this time and any and all questions answered before the start of the discussion. There will be (15 Minutes) alloted after the introduction for participants to create their questions before the start of the discussion. The discussion will last (75 Minutes) and begins with the host placing the questions in a designated bowl. When all the topics are in the bowl, the host will mix them up and randomly select a topic from the bowl. That topic will be the topic of the night, but more than one topic can be pulled in one session if time permits.
QUESTIONS / TOPIC INFO
Participants will write down (1-3) topics, in the form of a question, on seperate pieces of paper, and place them in the designated JAR/BOWL. The topics can be about anything you want to discuss, but keep in mind that everyone wants to have a deep conversation, a topic that fosters thinking and learning.
