This Celestial Engine are an exciting new project that fuses the talents of three remarkable musicians from diverse musical backgrounds- drummer Ted Parsons (Swans, Godflesh, Killing Joke), bassist Dave Sturt (Gong, Steve Hillage Band, Bill Nelson), and keyboardist Roy Powell (InterStatic, Anthony Braxton, Mumpbeak with Bill Laswell). Their album delivers a unique blend of experimental ambient avant-jazz rock improvisation.

Das Rad - where krautrock grooves, extended arrangements, free improvisation and electronic abstraction all meet in the creative centre of the sound.
