• Inspired by Dan Hughes’ PACE model (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, Empathy), we’ll discuss how play can unlock healing, learning, and joy at any age.
• Cultivating Humility, Joy, and Compassion
• Learn how embracing these qualities towards yourself and others can foster deeper connections and personal growth.
