Breathwork is the art and science of using your breathing as a tool for self-regulation and self-transformation. In this 2 hour engaging seminar you will be giving tools to go home with unlock the power of your breath!

This workshop will be lead by Ian Quigley who believes it is the root of our entire experience of life itself. It controls our attention span, habits, thoughts and feelings, and our sense of self. It follows us through our entire lifetime, in every experience we have. By learning to turn it on, feel it deeply, and harness it's power, we can learn a whole new dimension of self-control, and creativity.
Addictions, depression, anxiety, health problems, relationship problems, mental rigidity, ignorance....all can be alleviated with breathwork. By completely opening and relaxing the breathing mechanism (easier said than done!), we can become free in every way. Free to feel, free to move, and unlock the free energy dormant in the human body. Thus unlocking one's potential.
Everyone can benefit from breathwork because it applies to all areas of life, and this workshop is designed to be a first step up that mountain of self-mastery. This class is designed to be a springboard into creating your own personal daily practice
