Welcome to the Discovering Me - Selflove workshop for preteens and teens event!

This event will take place at 225 Speers Rd unit 9, where you'll have the opportunity to connect with others and learn about the importance of self-love, create the awareness of self, activating and bringing in greater love and appreciation, with simple techniques to practice in the daily life to make profound shifts in your life.

You will learn techniques to calm anxiety through breath, and then You will learn power of intention, and affirmations as a powerful manifestation tool. We will focus on setting goals and anchor them through creation of vision boards.
