Join Jen (Certified 300hr Trauma Informed Breathwork Practitioner) on Sunday, 7th December (11am–3pm) for a morning retreat at the beautiful Woodfield Retreat Centre, tucked deep in the forest, a peaceful escape from the chaos of everyday life.
Whether you’re new to breathwork or simply curious to explore how it can support your emotional and physical wellbeing, this space is for you.

Together, we’ll move through a guided breathwork session and reflect through journaling on themes of self-compassion, body awareness, and appreciation.
