About this Event
We are so excited you are ready to begin your Educator Journey. As a Davines educator, you have the opportunity to share your passion and knowledge with a global community of stylists. Through this path you will immerse yourself with product families, color and color techniques that will keep you, your students, and your salon inspired.
The Discover Train-the-Trainer (TTT) is intended to prepare you to facilitate Davines product knowledge and techniques effectively; during these three days, you can expect to work on public speaking, presentation skills, leading a demonstration, and application standards. When you leave the TTT, you will be prepared to teach a class on your own in your distributor network.
Pre-requisites
- Approval from your Distributor
- Approved application
- Successful completion of Davines Multispace and Color Knowledge assessments
- Successful completion of Discover TTT e-Learning Modules (sent 45-60 days prior to the TTT; must be complete before event)
- Attendance at some or all Discover level Davines classes, as a participant

Piyush, Founder of Alchemist Society in Austin, TX, began his career two decades ago, serving as Regional Director and In-House Educator for global hairdressing brands in Dallas. After joining Propaganda Hair Group in Austin, he created Alchemist Society in 2020, a space dedicated to the science and sustainable beauty of hairdressing. Piyush's focus on education and work with top colorists shapes his energetic teaching style. His alignment with Davines' sustainability values led to his achievement as a National Master Trainer, reflecting his commitment to the industry.

Lauren, owner of Trim Salon in Lancaster, PA, trained at the Paul Mitchell School in Washington, D.C., specializing in highlights and color. Inspired by World Wide Hair tours, she translates the natural world's colors into personalized hairstyles. Drawn to Davines’ mission of sustainable growth, Lauren became a Regional Master Trainer, teaching with a professional yet personable style that empowers hair professionals to master their craft and build authentic client relationships.
