Led by National Master Trainer, Lauren Knox
Lauren is the proud owner of Trim Salon in Lancaster, PA. Her background includes an education from the Paul Mitchell School in Washington, D.C., where she specialized in highlight and color. Inspired by her participation in the World Wide Hair tours in Los Angeles, London, Iceland, and Parma, she strives to translate the colors and patterns of the natural world into hairstyles that embody her clients’ personalities.
Drawn to Davines’ mission for cosmopolitan and sustainable growth, Lauren joined the community as a Regional Master Trainer. She teaches with a professional yet personable style, empowering fellow hair professionals to master their technique with confidence. By doing so, Lauren hopes to foster meaningful, authentic relationships with clients and within the industry.
