This immersive in-person training day designed specifically for teachers, nurses, therapists, healthcare professionals, coaches, psychologists, HR and wellbeing leads, and anyone working in people-focused or high-stress environments.

Held in the calming surroundings of The Grange Project just outside Monmouth, this restorative day blends science-backed breath education, experiential practice, and professional application giving you tools that can be used immediately in your work.

From classrooms to clinics to corporate environments, you’ll learn micro-practices, guided scripts and safe delivery methods that can be adapted for your own clients, patients or students.
