?The sentient design of the natural world is ordered to be functional, efficient, harmonic, flowing, and beautiful - and so too can be inner experience when we study the intelligence of patterns in nature. ?️Nature-connection activities allow us to both deepen our understanding of the natural environmentt and our inner world. It's a bridge that we build and strengthen by mindful practices.
?In this forest bathing workshop we will learn how to apply form and function of natural patterns in a creative expression, leading towards the transformation necessary for eco-social wellness.
?♂️I am an ecotherapist and a psychotherapist and I will teach you how to regain energy and be prepare for the upcoming challenges. I will show you activities you can practice whenever you need them.
? In only 3 hours you will immerse yourself in a forest bathing experience and learn how to connect with yourself, how to draw energy from the plants, finding your own personal, deeper connection with the natural world.
Even if you consider yourself a nature lover, this experience will help you to deepen your relationship with the forrest and open your eyes to a new way of perception…
Our walk will end with a tea ceremony.
