Tashya is the Senior Director and Head of Member Sales & Relations at Singapore Exchange (SGX), driving the multi-asset class strategy and institutional engagement in equities derivatives markets. Previously, she managed Taiwan Derivatives products and led Regulatory Innovation at SGX, focusing on technology-driven supervision.
With a background in financial institutions at JP Morgan, Citibank, and MAS, she brings extensive expertise in Capital Markets Intermediaries. Tashya is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Certified Professional Transformational Coach, passionate about coaching for personal and professional growth.
