Throughout 2025, we'll be offering special monthly hikes to explore what makes the Mary Gray Bird Sanctuary important for birds and other wildlife - you just might find what makes this place special to humans too!
This year's hikes and programs include:
-February 12th (6:30pm) - Night Hike Under the Full Moon's Glow w/ Libby Keyes
-March 8th (10am) - Signs of Spring Hike w/ Jenilee Braun
-April 12th (9am) - Discover Spring Wildflowers w/ Debbie Bruce
-May 31st (8am) - Perch and Pastries in the Birding Blind (accessible, no hiking) w/ Libby Keyes
-July 12th (8am) - Birding for Beginners w/ Libby Keyes
-September 6th (8am) - Perch and Pastries in the Birding Blind (accessible, no hiking) w/ Libby Keyes
All hikes will meet at the trailhead kiosk located in the main parking lot. Perch and Pastries, on the other hand, will meet at the accessible Birding Blind. Expect a variety of trail conditions, and some moderate terrain on each ~90 minute adventure.

Ticket prices for the 2025 series are $5 for Indiana Audubon members and $10 for non-member adults, with youth 17 years of age and under attending for free. Children 16 and under must be accompanied by a parent or adult.
