The workshop is led by our experienced hypnotherapists and trainers at LCHT.

This course is not suitable if you:

• Have severe mental health issues (e.g., psychosis, panic disorder, clinical depression)
• Have epilepsy (especially if triggered by relaxation or sleep)
• Have a neurological condition that makes it hard to focus or follow instructions
