What You Will Learn:

✅ Learn 5 simple steps to experience self-hypnosis – and practise them with support

This hands-on taster day is also Day 1 of our full Hypnotherapy Training. If you decide to continue onto the Foundation or Diploma course, your fee will be fully refunded.
The workshop is led by our experienced hypnotherapists and trainers at LCHT.

This course is not suitable if you:
- Have severe mental health issues (e.g., psychosis, panic disorder, clinical depression)
- Have epilepsy (especially if triggered by relaxation or sleep)
- Have a neurological condition that makes it hard to focus or follow instructions
