This fun ride will be hosted by our fellow riders Les and Laura as they lead us through their home town of Howell. Feel like a kid again as we ride through the neighborhood streets and trails around Thompson Lake to historic downtown Howell! We'll see some cool historic sites and have a photo op at the big chair! After the ride they will be treating us to grilled hotdogs & refreshments in their beautiful flower garden! This will be an easy paced 10-12 mph ride for about 14-16 miles on paved trails, sidewalks, some boardwalks and quiet neighborhood streets. This is also a No-Drop Ride, meaning we stop occasionally to collect everybody.
Gravel, Mountain and Fitness Bikes are all welcome. Road bikes not recommended for this ride as we ride through some grassy and gravel areas.
Meeting and parking place is 3262 Waverly Woods Land. There is plenty of parking in the cul-de-sac of their neighborhood.

Ride Etiquette:
• Show up prepared and on time. Out of respect for others we will not delay the ride start for someone who is late.
• We share the trail with walkers and bikers so please call out traffic: "Walker Up" and/or "Biker up." When you hear this called out it is your responsibility to move to the right side of the trail and ride single file. We pass the slower traffic on the left and it is considerate to either ring your bell or say "On your left" to the walker or biker you are passing.
Weather Permitting.
Any questions can be directed to Heather Durham via Messenger.
Look forward to seeing you there!
