Celebrate the great outdoors at Mount Greylock with a refreshing walk in the woods! Explore seasonal changes in the forest and look for signs of wildlife and unique natural features along an easy-moderate trail. Hikes may include tree identification, wildlife signs, local history and orienteering. Be aware that trail conditions may be snow-covered, icy or muddy. Suitable for most abilities.
All children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Meet at the Greylock Glen Outdoor Center on Gould Road in Adams.
Dress for winter weather with warm layers and sturdy, waterproof boots. Bring water, a snack and traction devices for boots, or snowshoes. Trekking poles are recommended.
