Slow down and relax in a Yin style Yoga practice. You will be guided into floor based poses to soothe your nervous system while listening to the beautiful crystal sound bowls.
Yin yoga is a practice where you hold poses 3-5 minutes giving you time to fully relax into the pose and feel the benefits. Benefits include reducing stress, balancing the internal organs and improving the flow of energy, increasing circulation, mobility and flexibility. A calming and balancing practice complimented by the sound bowls. Suitable for all and especially those who live a busy and stressful lifestyle.
Sound healing serves to alleviate stress, anxiety, and tension while enhancing the quality of sleep and fostering harmony within your body, mind, and spirit. Please be advised that sound healing is not advisable for individuals in their first trimester of pregnancy, those with metal implants, or individuals susceptible to sound-induced epilepsy. If you utilize a hearing aid, it is advisable to deactivate it during the session.
