Why Biodanza?
Biodanza is a guided group activity that uses music, movement, and simple exercises to support emotional well-being and human connection.
Biodanza creates bonds between people, deepens self-awareness, and develop our human capacities, communication skills, and relationships.
The Facilitator:
Paola Wales is a dynamic Biodanza facilitator known for creating transformational spaces that invite deep embodiment, emotional aliveness, and authentic connection. Drawing from both the roots of tradition and the cutting edge of research, her work is alive, creative, and grounded in the belief that through the moving body we can restore wholeness, cultivate wellness, and improve our lives.
