you MUST be happy for us to take before/after pictures and possibly some video content too.

these events are ONLY for certain treatments which will be detailed in the ticket section - you MUST respond to the text/message we send you with your time slot to WHICH treatment you want out of the list we give you - you are more than welcome to PAY for more on the day or book another appointment for a future date if you want more treatments.

you MUST be available from the hours of 11am-5pm when purchasing a ticket as you will be sent an alloted TIME SLOT to your email & mobile number once ticket is purchased & you MUST attend this time slot. strictly no alternate times are given & NO REFUNDS no matter the circumstance (unless we have to cancel on our end).
