"Girls Night Out" is a not-for-profit initiative. "Girls’ Night Out" is a social initiative, aimed at breaking the chains of loneliness and isolation amongst the women in our city. We host fun activities, such as interactive dinners, health and wellness activities and many online conversations. G.N.O, as it's colloquially called, hopes to advocate for more self-care and mental wellness, in order to alleviate the daily stressors and mental health issues faced by women today.
