The theme for the Spring Art Show at Lloyd is *discARTed*There are many ways to interpret this theme and we want you to play with *all* of them. Do you have a piece/work in progress that you set aside for reasons/life stuff? It's time to dust 'er off! How about art that reflects the feeling of not being prioritized or explores the concept of dismissal, rejection, neglect? Or celebrates hidden treasures cast off by others? Yeet or re-embrace the void. Perhaps you just really want to celebrate trash? There's no *right* answer- we simply encourage you to pARTicipate!
Even if you don't feel like art you want to share works with the theme, we still want you to bring it. These events are a wonderful community Show & Tell! And if you're all out of spoon to create, we still need people to play with onsite. Your presence is our presents.
March 7th, 1-5pm at Lloyd the Warehouse.
Always FREE, always an ALL AGES ART SHOW.
Please keep in mind that the audience includes wee ones and your art may be placed with this in mind. Littles are also encouraged to share their work!
No vending on site, but PLEASE feel free to display/share your website/insta/store/QR code, etc for people to find you afterwards.
