Workshop Highlights
Personal Assessment (30 minutes)
Participants complete their DISC profile to identify strengths, challenges, and communication preferences. Facilitators guide them in interpreting results and applying them to real-life scenarios.
Introduction to DISC (45 minutes)
Participants learn the basics of the four DISC personality styles:
D (Dominance): Direct and results-driven.
I (Influence): Sociable and enthusiastic.
S (Steadiness): Supportive and dependable.
C (Conscientiousness): Detail-oriented and analytical.
Facilitators explain how each style influences behavior and communication, using interactive exercises to make the concepts relatable.
Practical Application (65 minutes)
Attendees engage in role-playing and group activities to practice adapting to different styles, manage conflicts, and improve teamwork.
Reflection & Closing (40 minutes)
Participants create action plans for applying DISC insights, share key takeaways, and receive additional resources for continued growth.
This hands-on session equips participants with tools to foster stronger relationships and more effective communication.
