About this Event

The Disability Pride Parade will return at 10 am on Sunday, October 2, at Madison Square Park! The mission of the parade is to promote inclusion, awareness, and visibility of the disability community.

ICS will be participating in this year’s event, and will be lining up in Section C at Madison Square Park. Please look for the large Section C sign above the lineup area. If unsure of location, there will be an information booth in Madison Square Park to direct you.

The event will begin at 11 am sharp. Section C will be lining up on Madison Ave. between East 25th street and East 26th street. When section C begins marching, they will march north up Madison Avenue, turn left onto East 26th street and then march west toward 5th Avenue, eventually making a left and marching down Broadway.

Join us to participate in the parade, receive a complimentary t-shirt and celebrate disability pride!

At the end of the parade at Union Square Park there will be live music, dancing and performances starting at noon until 3 pm. There will also be health screenings, and family area in the park, accessible voting booth demonstrations, and other great exhibitions and information in booths.
