Disability Benefits

Session being run at Citizens Advice Teignbridge office in Market Walk, Newton Abbot

Aim: To enable participants to advise on basic entitlement to the range of benefits available to people with disabilities

Objectives: Participants will have the knowledge, skills and attitudes to:

• Identify key conditions of entitlement to all disability-related benefits
• Understand the basics of 'means-testing' and how disability-related benefits may increase entitlement
• Identify options to support claimants who wish to challenge decisions

Desposit will be refunded within 7 days of completion of session
