Afternoon arrival at Lake Lure Inn in Western North Carolina, near Asheville. This luxury hotel built in 1927 serves as your headquarters for a two night stay. It is one of North Carolina's landmark hotels, built when the waters of Lake Lure first began to fill and has hosted many celebrities from F. Scott Fitzgerald, Franklin D. Roosevelt, Emily Post, and Calvin Coolidge, to Patrick Swayze and Jennifer Grey during the filming of “Dirty Dancing,” and now your group. Breakfast is included each day of your stay.

Today visit Biltmore House, America's largest privately owned home, and cross the threshold into a world of beauty virtually unchanged for more than a century. Savor a self-guided tour of Biltmore House exploring grand spaces filled with masterpieces of art and stunning
antiques, into private family quarters, indoor pool and bowling alley, and kitchens and servants' areas. The Gardens are stunning in the
spring. You can enjoy lunch on your own in the Stables Restaurant.
Biltmore Winery & Antler Hill Village
This afternoon enjoy the Biltmore Winery. At the Winery you will delight in a free wine tasting and learn how their award-winning wines are made. You will also have time to browse Antler Hill Village. Here you step into the everyday lives of families who lived on the estate raising livestock, tending crops, and working at Biltmore Dairy in the 1890s. The Barn in Antler Hill Village – once the social and work center for these families – is alive again with blacksmiths, woodworkers, and other craft demonstrations.
Browse Downtown Hendersonville
On the return to the hotel, you will stop in Hendersonville. The vibrant town offers southern hospitality with its Main Street sidewalks, craft beverages, and restaurants. You will have time for dinner on your own this evening. (B)

Chimney Rock Park
After breakfast and check out you make a quick stop at Chimney Rock. Here you take the elevator to the Top of the Rock, see Hickory Nut Falls and the Moonshiners Cave. It's a morning with nature, a breath of fresh air in the mountains and an incredible view you'll remember for a lifetime.
Depart for Home
After your stop at Chimney Rock, travel to Greenville to board your plane home taking with you memories of long ago when dancing and elegance were a part of the times. (B)
