Join us for our first dirt off-road race of the year! The track will not be in perfect shape, but lots of cars and trucks running on it should help! We’ll have a few work days leading up to this event, so please help out when you can.
I-Laps transponders required to race. Pick them up at Stone Blue Hobbies if you don’t have one yet.
Event is free for club members. $10 for non members. If you’re not a member, please join at Lynchburgrc.com. Membership fees greatly help us to build and improve our track and airfield!
3:00pm - Track setup and prep
4:00pm - Open track for practice
5:00pm - racing will start promptly
2 rounds of 5min qualifiers. 7min mains (if we have time and daylight. )
Classes will mainly be short course trucks. But we’ll race anything people bring.

-2WD Stock Slash (XL5 or BL2S)
-4WD Slash (XL5 or BL2S)
-Open short course
-Open anything
-and anything else people want to bring. We can do 1/8 scale buggy/truggy but the track may not be in shape for those yet. But if you wanna try it, bring em out!
Please note there is no power or water at our track. We will have a generator or two running for the timing equipment and speakers, but will most likely have a charging table for use and some extra plugin spots. Please bring a generator if you have one and/or require lots of power, and share with your pit neighbors!
The track is located behind the Truck Body business off of 460, across from Falwell Airport.
