Let's make 2024 the year of fun by conquering the features you may have rode past last year.
This two day Women's Mountain Bike Progression Session is designed for mountain bikers ready to take riding to the next level. Ready to boost your confidence? We'll approach each feature by explaining the technique, demonstrating it and guiding you though it. Each rep is followed by instant feedback, video replays and an opportunity to dial it on the next rep.
Participants should have a basic understanding of body position and balance, bike/body separation, braking and cornering. Skills and Maneuvers we will work on: Intro to drops, Intro to jumps, rock rolls, cornering, rock gardens and pumping to generate flow.
*Note: If you are a very advanced rider who has goals of gap-jumps, doubles and over 5ft drops plus you are clearing tabletops (landing with both wheels on the landing not the top of the table) this session may not be for you.
We will be riding NTN's South Trails & Skills Park and Marquette Mountain Bike Park, all conveniently located within riding distance from Marquette Mountain.
Helmet and dropper post or quick release adjustable seat post required. Full face helmet and pads recommended but not required. Full Suspension Bike is recommended.
We ride rain or shine.
